JEWELLERY
Our return policy on jewellery is valid for 4 days after receiving your parcel. We can only offer refunds on damaged jewellery. Damages include breaking of the chain whilst wearing them.
Damages that occur when wearing your jewelry whilst sleeping can unfortunately not be refunded as we recommend them not to be worn during the night. As you don't know what happens while you sleep and there also is a risk of choking yourself!!
Our jewellery is made from stainless steel so it does not rust or colour your skin. However it will still over time tarnish. To prolong and/or avoid tarnishing please see 'after care'.
We can also not provide refunds upon change of mind. Nor can we refund for items that do not fit as we state the length of our chains on our website, in those cases we can only offer an exchange for a different size if applicable.
To receive a refund we will need to be provided with a photo for proof of the damaged items via instagram or email as well as your order number.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Please note that a return shipping fee is charged which is $10 for orders within Australia.
CONDITIONS
If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. However if you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post.
Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
THE EXCEPTION FOR EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange a ring for a different size, please email us via the contact form and request an exchange. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
